Job Description

Tri State Enterprise is seeking a skilled Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our Heating & Air team in Flatwoods, KY. As a Journeyman, you will be responsible for performing HVAC repairs, installations, and maintenance for commercial and residential clients across the tri-state area. This role requires a Kentucky Journeyman License and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
• Install new HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and explaining solutions
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements

• Kentucky Journeyman License (required)
• Reside within 30 miles of Flatwoods, KY
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
