Tri State Enterprise is seeking an experienced General Manager/Construction Coordinator to oversee construction projects and manage operations in Flatwoods, KY. This leadership role involves coordinating with teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met across our tri-state service area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects, including paving, landscaping, and infrastructure development
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams
• Communicate with clients to ensure project goals are met

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in construction or a related field
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and budgeting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the tri-state area
